Terms of use

Last updated: November 3, 2026

1. General provisions

These terms govern the use of the website adrianprykiel.com (the "Website"), operated by Adrian Prykiel, a sole trader based in Poland (the "Provider"). Contact: [email protected]. By using the Website you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Website.

2. Scope of the Website

The Website presents the Provider's web design and development services and lets you contact the Provider through a contact form. Using the Website is free of charge. Content on the Website is informational and is not a binding offer within the meaning of the Civil Code; a contract for services is concluded separately, on terms agreed individually in writing or by email.

3. Electronic services

The electronic services available are browsing the Website and sending enquiries through the contact form. To use them you need a device with internet access, a current web browser with JavaScript enabled and a valid email address. The Provider may temporarily limit access for maintenance or security reasons.

4. User obligations

You agree to use the Website lawfully and in line with these terms. In particular you must not: supply false or third-party data without authorisation, send unsolicited commercial content or malicious code, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Website or its servers, or automatically scrape or flood the contact form. Submissions are rate limited to prevent abuse.

5. Intellectual property

The Website, its design, texts, graphics, logo and source code are protected by copyright and belong to the Provider or are used under a licence, unless stated otherwise. You may view them for personal use and link to the Website. Any other use, including copying and distribution, requires the Provider's prior written consent. Third-party names and logos remain the property of their owners.

6. Liability

The Provider makes reasonable efforts to keep the Website accurate and available but provides it "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for damages arising from unavailability of the Website, content of external sites linked from it or your use of the information presented. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, including consumer rights.

7. Complaints

Complaints about the Website can be sent to [email protected] and should include a description of the problem and your contact details. The Provider will respond within 14 days.

8. Privacy and cookies

Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy policy, and cookies as described in the Cookie policy.

9. Final provisions

These terms are governed by Polish law. Consumers keep the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence. Disputes will be resolved by the competent Polish courts, subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules. Consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The Provider may change these terms; changes take effect when published on this page. The date of the last update is shown at the top.
